MORTGAGE SALE - Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by
Donald L. Martin aka Donald Martin, unmarried person, to CitiMortgage, Inc. formerly
known as Citicorp Trust Bank, FSB, Mortgagee, dated April 28, 2008 and recorded May 19,
2008 in Instrument Number 2008R02946, Mason County Records, Michigan. There is
claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Seventy-Five Thousand Eight Hundred
Eighty-Three and 94/100 Dollars ($75,883.94) including interest at 9.329% per annum.
Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case
made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale
of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public vendue at the West entrance
of the Mason County Circuit Courthouse in Ludington, MI at 1:00 p.m. on OCTOBER 7,
2010. Said premises are located in the City of Ludington, Mason County, Michigan, and are
described as: All that parcel of land in Township of Pere Marquette, Mason County, State of

all that part of said described lands lying North of the center of creek running across said

determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA 600.3241a, in which case the
